This is a traditional jerky, with our soujouk spices.


Salami
Produced with the same spices and ground beef as the soujouk, the salami is the dryer version.
Soujouk
It is a dry, spicy and fermented sausage made of ground beef. With our soujouk mix we also prepare dry salamis as well as jerkies.


Soujouk Basterma
The soujouk & basterma mix is a bond of both, the basterma and the soujouk spices. In the form of a big salami, this product is best when it is lightly toasted in a Panini.
